Times Like These

By Bruce Clifford

At times like these I don't know where I stand
Things should never be this hard even when we have a plan
On roads like these the fork shouldn't be so uncertain
All these things we hope to see are hidden behind a curtain

At time like these I wish I could feel loved
I know all about this journey, but I can't see above it
On hills like these are the mountains no one can climb
If you think of a way before the end does arrive

Don't be sorry for me
Don't you ever worry
Don't forget all our plans
Don't try to understand

At times like these I don't know what to do
Things should never be so far out of view
On journeys like these the path should be as one
At times like these we should be having fun
