Connie was born and raised in West Valley City, Utah. She has won several awards for her poetry and her contributions as a reporter and editor for her high school & college newspapers. She has been published in two anthology series' with her poetry. She has one song in publication.

She still resides in Utah with her partner, Lindi and their daugher, Sarah. She enjoys music, cooking and spending time with her family and close friends.
