Tunnel Vision

By Bruce Clifford

You're back in the tunnel with your vision on the line
On the vacant stairway so hard trying to define
In the twilight after comes what surly disagrees
Your living one dimensional in a world of varying degrees

You proved your point
Tunnel vision
Unified with a one track mind

You can't get out
Tunnel vision
All aboard, it's feeding time

Your back to the air and salt in the cut
Tracking resistance dignified and shut
Hole in the ceiling where the bells have arrived
Talk at me later when you melt your disguise

You proved your point
Tunnel vision
Unified with a one track mind

You can't get out
Tunnel vision
All aboard, it's feeding time

You've got tunnel vision
One track mind
Tunnel vision
Must be one of a kind

So out of line
Pick up the phone
Leave it alone

Tunnel vision
One track mind
