The Word Of Praise Cathedral

By John I. Blair

I worshipped at the
Word of Praise
Cathedral today.

For a breath of time
I felt as if
My light did truly glow.

Hosts of angels
Had not knelt
To chant hosannas,

But I sensed at last
They might at least
Know where I live.

For I had shared a poem
With a stranger
And got back compliments.
