All I Ever Wanted To Do

By Bruce Clifford

I知 not used to running up stream
I can稚 decide if I want a laser beam
I知 not the type to wake up mad
All I ever wanted to do was be in a band

I知 never quiet, but I知 not too loud
I never thought this would make any sounds
I知 not the type to get things out of my head
All I ever wanted to do was this instead

I知 not crazy, I知 not going mad
You池e the best thing that i ever had
I知 not lost, but I知 never found
This whole world inside of me has turned upside down

I知 not used to running out of space
I can稚 remember the lines on her face
I知 not the type to fall into the dark
All I ever wanted to do is be who we are
