My Soul Has Learned

By Lseeker

Watching the rays settle far in the distance.
The whisper of a kiss across the night's sky resistance.
Falling stars to wish upon,
Dancing candle light to gaze long.
Moon's ray to wash away,
And gentle touch to hold close as I lay.
Connection to the wind, to the sky to the moment.
To forgive the sin, the lies, and the bad omens.
Rush down from mountain, to creek. From river to spring.
My soul has learned to cherish and sing.
Freedom of birds flight,
Tears blur the sight.
But heart feels the beat of everlasting love in all.
And the whisper song of god's call..
So open thy ears and listen.
Hear the call of your heart, and don't deny its passion.
