Once Again

By Lseeker

I saw once again,
the sun set in the wind.
Across the plains far away.
Coming the close of this day.
Until tomarrow will it rise?
Back across the hills and rolling skies.
Where once the stars had twinkled and the moon had swayed.
To the crisp beginning of a moments play.
How long more will this be,
this experience we perceive.
To another moon watching night
and sunsetting day. To another human plight,
is the experiences way. Torn heart to remend,
and a love do we send?
My vision is blurry,
in the sky sea flurry.
While the sun sets yonder,
I'm left to ponder.
Waking in sweat
to a unseen threat
I can only wish upon that star in the heavenly sky tonight.
And hope that some angel will take flight.
To another days rising and fall,
to another moments call..."
