Teen Titans- My Own Story (part 4)

By Brooke Clifford

Part Four

(My Own Story)

The first person Lianna met was Starfire. She was from another planet, but beautiful all the same. She had rose red hair, with small bangs and it flowed down to midback. Her usual attire of purple tube top, skirt and boots, and silver and green collar and arm bands were worn, her green eyes sparkling with happiness to see Lianna. The bear-hug-greeting was in order, and Lianna resisted her instinct to bite and scratch the alien.

Beast Boy gave a sheepish grin. "Star, this is Lianna," he announced.

Starfire shouted with glee, "Oh, hello Lianna!"

"Hello..." Lianna muttered in a reserved breath.

Starfire released her grip, as Beast Boy explained to her why the previous events had brought her here to the tower. While that was going on, Lianna snuck off. She walked down an unlit hallway, and heard a loud noise. Ears perked, she tried to pinpoint where it came from, but with no success.

"Hello... What are you doing here?" Male. It was a male voice, and it made Lianna cower in fear. A red light flicked on, in her direction. A large, metal hand picked her up, and it was ice cold. Her eyes clamped shut, body curling up in instinct.

"Cy! Don't hurt her!" Beast boy shouted as Starfire projected a green light from her hand for guidance. Cyborg, a half-human, half-robot teen looked at Lianna, who tried to bat him with her hand. He dropped her to the ground, and she hissed at contact, out of fear. He jumped in surprise.

"Um... That's Lianna." Beast Boy said a little nervously. Starfire turned on the hall lights. Cyborg was tall, and mostly metal. His black pupil looked at Lianna a bit curiously, who attempted to bite his foot. Hey, she is part cat...

"She's not really good with people," Beast Boy announced.

"I can see that," another voice said, it too, was male. A teen, with jet-black, jagged hair, and a thin strip eye mask, strode toward her. Red shirt, green tights, and yellow belt of gadgets adorning him, his steel-topped boots stopped at Lianna. She looked up at him, ears pressed flat against her skull, and she stopped biting instantly.

"Beast Boy, why did you bring her? Especially after--"

"Yeah, but she saved me!" Beast boy pleaded as Lianna straightened herself.

The teen shook her hand, "Robin."

"Lianna."
