Another Sunrise is Fixing to Rise

By Walt Perryman

(Unless you are talking to God, just leave it alone.)

As I age, the more, I cherish every day,
And I thank God for it every time I pray!

As I age, I notice the smaller things a lot more,
And many of them, I had never noticed before.

Stuff such as Church bells ringing on Sunday,
And each of God's sunsets as daylight fades away.

I believe, God's little things are too big to measure.
As I get closer to God my life is more of a pleasure.

So, Good morning, folks, the sun is fixing to rise,
It’s up to you as to how much you enjoy God's prize.
